Nuggets Buy Out McDyess' Contract

As many expected, the Denver Nuggets bought out the contract of the recently aquired Antonio McDyess, who came along with Chauncey Billups in the recent trade of Allen Iversion to Detroit.

McDyess will most likely clear waivers and then re-sign with another team. Previous to the trade Antonio was adamant about staying in Detroit and if traded he would simply either retire or ask to be bought out and then re-sign with the Pistons.

However, there are now rumors floating around that McDyess will not choose to sign with the Pistons, but instead choose to go to one of the Pistons' rivals; the Boston Celtics or Cleveland Cavaliers.
